I run a team of 10 cleaners. They all use Superpro DUO 700’s for an average 4hrs per day, so the units get a pretty hard workout. Very few breakdowns, then usually only the extension lead (we use lighter weight ones than regular Bunnings type). Parts very easy to get, and any repairs very quick turnaround due to the huge number used by commercial cleaners. Ergonomically very sound when worn correctly, tubes can be added or subtracted depending on operator height or areas being cleaned eg lounge chairs, shelving etc
